As 2025 draws to a close, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on what has been an exciting year for the Not A Vet Podcast and our community here at notavet.co.uk.

First and foremost, a massive thank you to Ellie, Ben, and Julia from the podcast team. Your hard work, creativity, and dedication behind the scenes have been invaluable this year. From organising recordings to editing and everything in between, you've helped turn the vision into reality – I couldn't have done it without you!

I'm also incredibly grateful to all of you – our followers and supporters – for sticking with us. Whether you're visiting the site regularly or engaging on our LinkedIn page, your interest means the world. Speaking of which, our website has now surpassed 7,000 visits and the linked in page is doing well too – that's a huge milestone, and it's all thanks to your shares, comments, and enthusiasm. Keep it coming!

A special shout-out and big thank you to all the vets, nurses, and professionals across the veterinary industry who will be working over the Christmas period - Enzo ( pictured above ) appreciates it very much. You are the true unsung heroes, saving pets' lives and providing care when it's needed most, often sacrificing your own holiday time with family. Your commitment and compassion never go unnoticed. Just like you, our "day jobs" here mean we will be on standby throughout the festive season, ready to support you every step of the way.
