Thanks, but no thanks.

Do we need a sign post for this?
So we get rather a large amount of messages and emails, more that likely due to visits to this website and our linked in page and ofc course word of mouth.
Its nice it really is but between the team of myself, Julia, Ellie and Ben we always agreed to have some type of code we would live by like we always have during our veterinary career.
Now, Im not wishing to sound ungrateful and we do have a page where we speak about this ( see sponsorship ) but the podcast was never going to be an advertising plinth for people, products and businesses that we all don't agree on matches our values. So thanks for all the messages but please read our sponsorship page where yes you can sponsor a podcast but only if we all agree on it and that it matches everything we truly believe in as animal lovers.
The ethos of the podcast was not to advertise ( apart from approved sponsorship ) so please don't ask to be interviewed and make it a sales pitch.
This really is a passion project not a marketing tool.
Ok now half the audience has left onto other things.
The first release before Christmas it still with the audio engineers, its our intention to still release before Christmas even if the first podcast audio isn't as good as we would like. Truth is the lady who is helping us out has been in hospital so we can can do nothing about that apart from saying get well soon.
( And we will supply many G&T's if we make the deadline )
In other news ( and yes if you do look at our linked in page you'll know ) you will see that i have been invited onto another podcast to discuss why Im doing all this. Its pretty exciting really so when its done i will post a link here. The Federation of Independent Veterinary Practices " Practice Matters" podcast is where this will be coming from - and I may even pinch it and put it up on our podcast page.
Thanks Ian
Still getting plenty of requests to go on the podcast as people have lots to say at the moment with all the consolidation going on along side the CMA reports initial findings - those podcasts will be over eighteen only as there are lots of very strong feelings about.
And yes we are happy to do an anonymous podcast as we have already had requested - as long as it clears our code mentioned earlier.
Did anyone see the article on the podcast in the Veterinary Edge Magazine too?
Proud moment for us that, what a time to be alive.
Thanks again for taking the time to read this, this site has hit over 7000 views now since its inception in early September and even the linked in page has over 550 members.
Not bad for a bunch of "Not a Vets"
Take Care out there and Merry Christmas
