Ok so that's not Ben

So if you are bothering to read the meet the team page you'll already know that bens our "audio engineer" - well 50% of that is right... the other 50% is winging it.

The picture above was how i thought ben would be looking, surrounded by buttons and switches.

So the one thing i have learned in life is to surround yourself with clever people ( my team reading this is now groaning as they hear it a lot ). Its not just clever though its loyalty honesty and trustworthiness.

 So when i added Julia, Ellie and Ben to the "pod cast team" its because they fitted that criteria exactly.

Oh and they are good at the things im rubbish at, goes without saying really.

So the time is after 1am, bens just now finishing the editing from the Victoria Johnson part 1 interview.

I think hes been on it for about 4-5 hours and that's not just tonight, and there is a reason for that -me.

See in life people will tell you im a stickler for testing, obsessive is an understatement.  And of course i should practice what i preach as when i setup the mixer at Vet CT HQ i didn't check my audio. And in all honesty it sounds like shes in a tin can. So Ben has spend ALOT of time cleaning up the audio as best he can and to be honest it sounds 100% better than it did. Lessons were learned and tomorrow hes going to make the mixer "mark proof" so he never has to do it again... thanks ben.

He did ask if i could re record the whole thing again... all two hours of it.

No way im asking Vicky to do all that 

The night goes on and im heading for more coffee.
