Non-Disclosure of Business Details The Producer will not disclose any business details, whether past or present, relating to interviewees or their associated entities, without the explicit prior consent of the interviewee. Any discussion of business matters will be limited to information already in the public domain or expressly approved for disclosure by the interviewee.

Interviewee Consent All interviewees participate in the Podcast voluntarily. Prior to the publication or broadcast of any episode, interviewees are provided with the opportunity to review the content and provide written approval for its release. No episode featuring an interviewee will be published without their agreed consent.

Legal Compliance The Producer aims to ensure that the Podcast and Website comply with all applicable laws in the United Kingdom, including but not limited to defamation, privacy, data protection (under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018), and intellectual property laws.
